Come take a look at our new backyard!!
Here at Wilderness Way we have finished our re-model project on the street-side of our building! To see the final photos and construction views of our new image, click here. Our goal was to have a nice grassy area between the store and the street, with trees and plantings to surround the mural on the back of the building. We believe this new look not only helps improve the appearance of the building, but will greatly add to the look and feel of downtown Soldotna. This project underscores Wilderness Way's commitment to preserving the environment and adding to the value and livability of our community.

Fleece and Insulation

Beneath your outer waterproof layer you need an insulating layer to help conserve heat. All insulation is not created equal, however. Our quality fleece and insulating garmets from Patagonia, Mountain HardWear and North Face are scientifically designed to maximize heat conservation while still maintaining breathability so you stay warm whatever the conditions. Insulating layers come in a variety of weights for differing outdoor conditions, and we carry a wide selection of styles and weights. These fleece jackets are also great as stand-alone jackets in milder weather, and are stylish enough to make you look good anywhere you want to go.
